About Us
In 2020, when the world was a scary & uncertain place we took a leap and opened our first Rooster & The Chick food trailer. Now 4 years in, with the help of family & friends and lots of awesome customers we have two Rooster & The Chick food trailers and our first brick & mortar The Coop Sandwich Shop. Our food trailers focus on catering & public events. The Coop Sandwich Shop will focus on being the cozy neighborhood spot where our customers can come and get a delicious meal and a friendly face. We are a husband and wife team with a shared love for cooking. We strive to create delicious sandwiches & sides that bring joy to our customers. Fresh ingredients, homemade goodness, and delicious flavors await you!
